Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before applying for an 8.5 Research Franchise. By submitting your application, you agree to comply with these policies and operational guidelines.
Applicants must provide complete address details, valid PAN Card, Aadhar Card, bank details, and cancelled cheque for verification.
Incorrect or incomplete information may delay approval or cause rejection of the franchise application.
Franchise holders will receive 40% direct margin at the time of purchasing products from the company.
No additional expenses or reimbursements will be paid without prior written approval from management.
Damaged, leaked, or short products must be reported immediately with courier proof and supporting documents.
Replacement requests without valid courier proof will not be accepted.
After approval, the franchise applicant must deposit Rs. 3,50,000 within 10 days into the designated company bank account.
Failure to complete payment within the timeline may result in cancellation of the application and reassignment of the location.
Franchise owners must follow all company processes, operational systems, and agreement guidelines.
Only authorized 8.5 Research products are allowed in franchise premises. Unauthorized products may result in immediate termination.
The company may appoint multiple franchisees in the same region and may modify operating areas as per business requirements.
All disputes are subject to Gujarat District Court / High Court jurisdiction only.
