These Terms & Conditions govern the operations of Nature World / 8.5 Research, a brand owned and operated by Sarvaswa Innovation Private Limited, having its certified premises at B-227, G.I.D.C, Sector-25, Gandhinagar, Gujarat – 382025, India.
All products manufactured and marketed under 8.5 Research (Nature World) comply with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems, WHO Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Halal standards.
Products are non-hazardous, eco-friendly, and formulated for high safety across cosmetics, personal care, household cleaning, and food products.
Franchise applicants must provide complete, authentic details including PAN Card, Aadhar Card, GST registration, bank account details, and cancelled cheque for verification.
Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate disqualification of the franchise application.
Approved franchisees receive a 40% direct margin at the time of product purchase from the company as per the formal franchise agreement.
Franchise owners must exclusively sell authorized 8.5 Research products on designated premises and adhere strictly to brand operational guidelines.
In case of damaged, leaked, or missing products during transit, reports must be submitted within 48 hours accompanied by valid courier proof and unboxing video/photos.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gujarat, India.
